Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Emergency Waterproofing across Palmyra because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Palmyra technicians · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a NY-licensed Emergency Waterproofing company that treats every Palmyra job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Palmyra technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Palmyra homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Palmyra technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Palmyra homeowners.
Odor is often the very first clue Palmyra homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Palmyra foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Palmyra sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Palmyra property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Palmyra basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Palmyra crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Palmyra commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
A Palmyra technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Palmyra horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Palmyra, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Palmyra customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Palmyra technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
